Location: Tbilisi Work schedule: Full-time

Main duties and responsibilities:

Daily accounting operations recording - under the supervision of the Chief Accountant; Verification of primary and other accounting documents - ensuring the accuracy of documents, reflection in the accounting program, and physical archiving; Control of programmatic reflection of sales operations - in relation to patients, insurance companies, and other clients; Control of received invoices and tax invoices - reflection in the accounting program and compliance with the medical process management program; Programmatic reflection of inventory purchasing processes and control of internal processes; Control of accounts receivable and payable - preparation of reminders, analysis of balances; Participation in the preparation of tax declarations - provision of necessary data and support in filling out basic forms; Participation in the financial audit process; Execution of other instructions of the Chief Accountant - within any work related to the accounting process. Active involvement in inventory processes and analysis of identified deviations and financial accounting Performance of other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor within the competence

Qualification requirements:

Higher education in finance, economics, or business administration At least 3 years of experience in a similar position; experience working in the hospital sector will be considered an advantage Knowledge of English at B1 level In-depth knowledge of international financial reporting and accounting standards Experience working with financial statements High-level knowledge of computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience working with information systems
