Responsibilities:

• Multi-channel (Omni-Channel) communication with clients: calls, chats, email, social networks

• Complete consultation of customers, effective problem-solving and coordination with relevant departments.

• Effective processing of negative feedback and maintaining a positive brand image;

• Preparation of frequently asked questions about products.

• Improving AI assistant responses based on customer questions;

• Participation in the analysis of customer appeals and recurring problems;

• Submission of recommendations for improving customer experience.

Qualities:

• Energetic and active, ability to work in a team.

• High sense of responsibility.

• Knowledge of Apple products is desirable.

• Experience working in a similar field will be considered an advantage.

• Fluent speech.
