Company "GASA", which is engaged in outgoing tourism, deals with the realization of air tickets and tourist packages and is an official trade agent in Georgia of such airlines as: Pegasus Airlines, Air Arabia. Announces a vacancy for the position of Front Sales Specialist in Batumi.

Address: Noe Zhordania 24, Batumi Schedule: 10:00-18:00 or 12:00-20:00.

Qualification requirements:

Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language; Knowledge of English at a communicative level; Knowledge of Russian (desirable); Knowledge of office programs.

Main functions and responsibilities:

Customer telephone service (answering incoming calls); Providing consultations to customers via email and other communication means; Ensuring high-quality service; Booking and subscription of air tickets; Accounting of sold tickets; Performance of other tasks of the head.

Skills and abilities:

Ability to plan and organize work; Ability to correctly transmit information; Ability to work individually and in a team; Ability to make quick decisions; Orientation towards the customer and service.
