Company Bound Solutions is announcing a vacancy for a partner company for the following position: Position: Pattern Cutter Schedule: Monday-Friday Location: Tbilisi, Samgori

Main Responsibilities: - Accurate cutting and preparation of fabric for processing based on approved designs and templates; - Correct placement of patterns, taking into account fabric specifications, direction, print, and texture; - High-precision cutting of details according to patterns, stencils, and technical specifications; - Optimization of fabric consumption and minimization of waste; - Quality control of cut details for accuracy and compliance before production starts; - Close collaboration with seamstresses, designers, and the atelier team to ensure a smooth workflow; - Participation in the cutting process of individual orders and collection models; - Correct and safe use of cutting machines, tools, and relevant inventory during the workflow; - Organized storage and accounting of patterns, stencils, and working materials; - Compliance with product quality standards at all stages of the cutting process; - Submission of relevant recommendations to improve the efficiency of the production process; - Completion of assigned tasks within established deadlines.

Qualification Requirements - Experience working as a pattern cutter in the fashion, atelier, or production sector; - Experience working with manual and special cutting tools; - Knowledge of fabric and various types of material characteristics; - Ability to effectively plan workflow and manage time; - Ability to read patterns and work accurately according to them; - Organizational skills, effective communication, and ability to work in a team environment; - Attention to detail, technical accuracy, and orientation towards high-quality standards; - Interest in fashion and creating high-quality products.
