We are looking for a Junior Technical Support Specialist to ensure the proper functioning of products and provide technical service to customers.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Primary diagnosis of digital technology and identification of faults;
- Software installation, updates, and configuration of products;
- Consulting customers on technical issues related to the company's services;
- Ensuring/monitoring the smooth operation of the internal technical infrastructure of the branch.
- Performing other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, arising from the position's goals and the company's interests.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Computer Engineering/Computer Science (final-year students are also considered);
- Practical experience working in a similar position;
