Main functions and responsibilities:
Managing receiving service specialists, optimal distribution of work, discipline and quality control; Visual inspection of products provided by suppliers, assessment of refrigerated products together with the GDP process coordinator and production of the relevant form; Monitoring the product receiving process (by receiving specialists, control of product receipt in designated zones according to written instructions); Filling and monitoring claims recorded during product receipt; Ensuring that non-compliances identified during product receipt are placed in the relevant zone and transferred to quarantine; Ensuring the operational receipt of imported products and production of relevant documentation; Controlling the organization of workspaces after the completion of the product receiving process; Managing documentation produced within GDP in the receiving service, designated zones, and relevant processes;
Requirements:
Higher education (preferably in pharmacy, healthcare management, or medicine); 3 years of work experience in a similar position; Knowledge of computer programs; Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is desirable; At least 2 years of team management experience is desirable; Proficiency in English and Russian at a communicative level is desirable.
