Field Manager of Property Risks and Damages

Insurance Company GPI Holding JSC is announcing an internal vacancy for the position of Field Manager of Property Risks and Damages in the NLI Risk and Damage Management Service.

The goal of the position is to ensure fair assessment of property damages, considering the approved guidelines and standards in the company, to provide full service to clients at the scene of the incident, and to ensure their loyalty.

Responsibilities: - Visit the scene of property damage incidents; - Assist clients at the scene and collect information; - Describe damages (volumes and quantities) and compile a preliminary incident report; - Conduct interviews with third parties and collect information if necessary; - Timely and properly transfer the information collected at the scene to the relevant manager; - Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor in accordance with the goals of the position.

Requirements: - Higher education (preferably in construction/engineering); - A, A1 or A2 category driver's license (at least one); - Experience in claims adjusting, construction or a similar field is desirable; - Ability to work on a computer and knowledge of office programs (MS Office); - Attention to detail and organization; - Effective communication skills and sense of responsibility.
