Assistant to the Vice President

We are announcing a vacancy for the position of Assistant to the Vice President for a private university that holds an advanced position in the educational field.

We welcome communicative, analytical, detail-oriented, initiative, and proactive candidates with experience in documentation and process management.

Conditions:

• Workplace: Tbilisi

• Work schedule: Full-time, 10:00 - 19:00 (Monday - Friday)

• Salary: 4000 - 5000 GEL (Net)

Main responsibilities:

• Substantive review of the supervisor's correspondence, preparation of responses;

• Processing documentation, preparing document projects as needed;

• Preparing report and conclusion projects and/or coordinating their preparation;

• Planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, and other events; preparing necessary materials and presentations for meetings;

• Coordinating cooperation with other structural units of the university;

• Conducting communication on behalf of the supervisor;

• Monitoring and coordinating various projects;

• Collecting, analyzing, and sharing various necessary information/data with the supervisor.

Basic requirements:

• Higher education, preferably in law;

• Work experience in the field of higher education (assistant to the dean, project/program manager...);

• Experience working in a managerial position is important;

• Knowledge of office computer programs;

• English language proficiency (C1/C2).
