Corporate Project and Tender Manager

Zumer's Corporate Sales team is looking for a professional to join us as a Corporate Project and Tender Manager.

Work location: Tbilisi, Tsereteli Avenue #1

Type of employment: Full-time, 5 days a week

Main functions and responsibilities:

** Constant monitoring and identification of market demands, trends, and deficit directions;

** Identification of new products/categories needed for the company's portfolio based on emerging demands in the tender and corporate sectors, and initiating their addition;

** Ensuring the integration and implementation process of new products in close collaboration with relevant internal departments (procurement, product managers, marketing);

** In-depth analysis of the company's existing product portfolio and categories, understanding their specifications and advantages;

** Identification and separation of active categories/products from the internal assortment that have the greatest potential for use in the corporate (B2B) sector and tenders;

** Development of ready-made project solutions based on selected products and packaging them as projects;

** Searching for relevant sectors and potential client companies according to active product categories, market segmentation, and creation of databases;

** Establishing initial contact with potential clients to initiate new projects, organizing presentations and meetings;

** Preparation of individual, high-quality commercial offers for specific target companies, highlighting product benefits, quality, and financial efficiency;

** Development and presentation of short-term and long-term cooperation models to decision-makers of client companies;

** Constant monitoring of state (tender portal) and private sector purchases, and identification of potential projects;

** Detailed study, processing, and analysis of tender, project, and market research documentation, specifications, and technical tasks;

** Active communication with purchasing organizations/companies during the tender announcement or project processing stage, clarification of technical tasks, and establishment of long-term partnership relationships;

** Requesting prices and conditions for products and services needed for the project from both local and international suppliers;

** Complete preparation and submission of tender proposals, calculations, technical, and financial documentation within the established deadlines;

** Control of the progress of won or acquired corporate projects - from contract signing to product delivery and signing of the acceptance act;

Qualification requirements and personal competencies/skills:

** At least 2-3 years of experience working in the same or a related position;

** Strategic, analytical, critical, and creative thinking;

** Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, and to negotiate (both with internal and external teams);

** Organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously;

** Ability to identify problems in a timely manner and find solutions;

** High-level English language skills;
