The Store Manager is responsible for maximizing sales, effective store operations, team management, and ensuring the best customer experience. The position requires commercial thinking, leadership skills, and a results-oriented approach to ensure the achievement of the store's business indicators.

Key functions:

Sales and business results

Ensuring sales growth and achievement of business goals; Regular monitoring of the store's financial performance and implementation of improvement initiatives; Control of operating costs and active contribution to improving profitability; Analysis of market trends, competitive environment, and customer behavior for business development.

Operational activities

Effective management of inventory, shrinkage, and waste; Ensuring the quality, hygiene, and visual standards of new products, especially in the Fresh Food category; Perfect execution of advertising and promotional campaigns and ensuring product availability; Effective management of store infrastructure, equipment, and assets; Monitoring the timely and quality delivery of online orders.

Customer orientation

Active communication with customers to better understand their needs and expectations; Increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty (NPS); Analysis of customer retention indicators and planning improvement measures.

Team management

Effective planning of human capital in accordance with customer flow; Caring for the development of employees and promoting their engagement; Evaluation of employees' working hours and performance; Creating and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

Higher education, preferably in business administration; 2+ years of experience in a managerial position in the retail sector; Knowledge of office programs.
