Commercial Director

A holding-type company is announcing a vacancy for the position of Commercial Director for two companies:

** LLC "Khareba" - The company owns 1500 hectares of land in private ownership, on which unique Georgian and European grape varieties are grown, from which high-quality wines are produced. Wines are produced in the East - specifically in Kakheti and in the West - in Imereti, Samegrelo, Racha and Lechkhumi.

** LLC "Aqua Geo" - A company producing mineral water "Sno" and carbonated mineral water "Kobi".

Work location: Tbilisi/Mtsheta, village Misaktsieli;

Remuneration: 10,000 GEL + bonus (probation period 6 months)

Main functions and responsibilities:

** Development of the company's commercial strategy, formation of an action plan and management of its implementation; ** Development of the company's sales strategy; ** Control of the company's commercial activities; ** Management and optimization of work processes of subordinate departments; ** Negotiation and development of commercial and technical issues; ** Constant care for improving the company's financial performance; ** Making commercial decisions based on reports and market research; ** Effective management of the company's daily operations; ** Expansion of distribution channels. ** Market research and analysis;

Requirements and skills:

** Higher education; ** At least 5 years of experience in sales; ** At least 2 years of experience working in managerial positions; ** Knowledge of foreign languages (Russian, English) ** Knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook);
