Insurance company Unison announces a vacancy for the position of Medical Case Management and Compensation Manager.
Main responsibilities:
Reception and service of insured persons: identification of the insured, submission of documents if necessary, including settlement of cases within the delegation framework; Presentation of all necessary documentation in full: notification of responses to considered cases via email or phone; Identification of incompletely presented documentation by the insured and detection of shortcomings, request for additional documents on-site, as well as request for additional documentation after consideration if necessary; Submission of documentation necessary for guarantee and its reflection in the program; Organization, classification, and systematization of considered documentation chronologically in relevant folders; Issuance of referrals for outpatient services and medications, electronically, considering the contract terms; Issuance of referrals for narrow specialists, laboratory-instrumental examinations, and medications with or without a prescription, based on diagnosis, complaints, and contract terms; Sending referrals to provider clinics electronically; Assistance to the insured in booking a visit if necessary (to a family doctor, narrow specialist, for examinations) and activation of travel insurance;
Main qualification requirements:
Higher education in the medical field; At least 1 year of experience in the same field; Knowledge of computer office programs; Knowledge of Russian and English languages.
