Today, the foundation of our project is a restaurant in a beautiful natural environment. The next stage is the development of a full-fledged recreation and tourist complex, including the creation and development of a camping direction.

Therefore, we are not just looking for a restaurant administrator.

We are looking for a strong operational leader who can be entrusted with the daily management, development, and results of the entire project.

This position is designed for a person who can not only control existing processes but also create a system, manage a team, improve service quality, launch new directions, and directly participate in business growth.

Your responsibilities will be:

** Operational management of the entire complex; ** Ensuring stable and efficient operation of the restaurant; ** Participation in the launch and development of future camping and other tourist directions; ** Formation of a team, selection, adaptation, motivation, and control of employees; ** Organization of work of managers and line personnel; ** Creation and implementation of high standards of service; ** Constant improvement of guest experience; ** Growth of sales, revenue, and efficiency of the complex; ** Control of costs, inventories, purchases, and operational indicators; ** Creation of work regulations, standards, and business processes; ** Control of financial and operational reporting; ** Planning and implementation of development strategy together with owners; ** Development of new services, products, and sources of income.
