HR Generalist

"Archi Hospitality" is a subsidiary hotel management company of "Archi Holding", which manages both branded and unbranded hotels in Tbilisi and various regions of Georgia.

We are looking for an HR Generalist who will be responsible for supporting the recruitment and HR administrative processes of Archi Hospitality's hotels.

Location: Tbilisi, V. Tsitlanadze St. N1 Work schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 09:30-18:30

What you will do in this position:

Manage the employee selection process - from posting the vacancy to hiring the candidate Ensure the organization and coordination of the onboarding process for new employees Maintain employee-related HR documentation and administrative processes Manage leave, working hours, and employee data records Participate in employee evaluation, development, and training processes Participate in planning and implementing employee engagement and internal HR activities Provide daily support to employees on HR-related issues

This position is for you if:

You have at least 2 years of experience working in HR, administration, or a similar field You are result-oriented and can work independently You are organized, communicative, and proactive You are proficient in office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
