Technical Manager

LLC "Georgian-American Reproductive Clinic Reproart" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Technical Manager.

Location: Tbilisi, Sulkhan Cincadze St. #23

Working hours: 6 working days a week

Position Description:

Ensuring the smooth, safe and continuous functioning of the clinic's infrastructure and technical systems, planning, organizing and supervising technical and repair works, as well as controlling the activity of contractor companies and the quality of performed works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing, coordinating and inspecting contractors' work on construction, repair and restoration projects;
• Checking the compliance of works with project plans, quality standards, construction codes and technical specifications;
• Inspecting the progress and completion of works on site;
• Checking the quality of materials, devices and performed works;
• Controlling the fulfillment of safety requirements;
• Providing information to contractors about identified defects;
• Preparing a description of the scope of work;
• Preparing reports on the results of technical work inspections, identified defects and a list of corrective/ completion works.
• Controlling and monitoring the correction of identified defects;
• Administering contractors' proposals, presented documentation and invoices;
• Monitoring deadlines for the execution of works;
• Preparing and presenting regular reports on the performance of technical works, existing problems and progress to the management.

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher education in engineering, mechanical, electrical or relevant technical field is required;
• Additional education/ qualification in labor safety, quality management or management is desirable.
• At least 1 year of work experience in a technical manager or similar position, in the field of organization and control of technical, repair and infrastructure works is required.
