Subordinate Positions - Site Project Manager, Project Manager Assistant Minimum work experience - 5 years

Functions-Responsibilities:

• Planning and management of construction and repair works;
• Managing construction cost estimation;
• Managing a team to develop and implement project budgets, work volumes, and work schedules; ensuring that all planned activities are carried out within the established calendar schedule;
• Outlining the necessary activities for each important phase of the project and setting deadlines for their implementation;
• Ensuring strict adherence to agreed-upon budget parameters;
• Preparing regular reports on the progress of each project;
• Overseeing the construction project from start to finish;
• Establishing effective communication with contractors responsible for the execution of various project phases;
• Managing the process of project handover and acceptance by the project client;
• Establishing relationships with interested parties in the project, including clients, subcontractors, etc., and ensuring their involvement and effective communication; attending regular meetings and providing updates on progress;
• Ensuring compliance with current legislation;
• Preparing and controlling service contracts
• Preparing payment requests for subcontractors or workers and submitting them to the director for approval;
• Creating building passport documentation.
