Working hours: 5 days a week (8-hour shift)

Remuneration: 1500 GEL (net) + bonus

Main responsibilities

Providing high-quality service to customers in accordance with the brand's developed standards; Identifying customer needs, offering relevant products, and providing complete information about product characteristics; Working on fulfilling the sales plan, both individual and overall sales plans; Communicating with existing customers and frequent business feedback to provide information about current news and promotions; Arranging and displaying showroom products in accordance with developed standards; if necessary, making changes according to the requirements sent by the regional office; Software reflection and posting of final settlements on the cash register; Managing the team and their involvement in daily operational processes; Tracking product and collection updates and sharing all news with the team.

Requirements/ skills:

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (experience working in a showroom of a premium segment brand will be considered an advantage); Knowledge of Georgian and English languages at a high level (knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered an advantage); Strong interpersonal communication skills and customer-oriented approach; Result-oriented and goal-oriented.
