Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and controlling raw material and auxiliary material stocks in the cellar
- Coordinating the purchasing process for necessary materials, inventory, and equipment
- Ensuring accounting for received, used, and remaining materials
- Accounting for produced products, controlling balances, and timely reflection in the relevant system
- Controlling cellar storage and finished product storage processes
- Organizing, conducting, and analyzing periodic inventory results
- Preparing documentation for received and issued materials and products
- Managing operational documentation related to cellar activities
- Communicating with suppliers and controlling delivery deadlines
- Preparing reports on stocks, purchases, and produced products
- Effective coordination with the winemaker, production, and other involved departments
- Performing other functions and duties as determined by the manager
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in logistics, business administration, winemaking, agronomy, or related fields)
- Experience working in operations, warehouse management, logistics, purchasing, or production
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- High sense of responsibility, organization, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
