Main responsibilities - Searching for cargo and vehicles, planning and optimal matching for organizing shipments - Preparing competitive and individually tailored transportation offers for clients - Active communication with international and local cargo suppliers and effective coordination of shipments - Conducting negotiations to optimize prices, terms, and routes - Constant monitoring of cargo movement and timely provision of information to clients according to company standards - Managing the full cycle of transportation documentation (invoices, contracts, CMR, insurance, etc.) - Controlling financial operations (monitoring payments, accruals, and debts) - Serving existing clients and searching for new partners and offering services - Active participation in improving logistics processes

Requirements - Experience working in logistics or transportation (mandatory) - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Analytical thinking and attention to detail - High sense of responsibility - Teamwork skills - Knowledge of Russian and English languages
