Location: Tbilisi Sea, Beshenova 20

Main responsibilities: - Guest reception - Managing and controlling reservations - Effective resolution of guest complaints and problems - Optimizing operational processes and increasing efficiency - Regular reporting to management

Requirements: - Experience working in the hotel industry - Knowledge of office programs (MS Office) - English language skills - Experience working with hotel management programs

Essential skills - Ability to communicate effectively and resolve problems quickly - High sense of responsibility - Organizational skills and effective time management - Attention to detail
