Insurance company "Euroins Georgia" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Insurance Case Regulation Manager.

Main functions and responsibilities:

** Identification of the insured person in the program;

** Review of requests from the insured and provision of information on the list of required documents, payment terms, transfer of money, provider network, working schedule and hours of the company's offices;

** Identification of incompletely presented documentation by the insured and detection of shortcomings, requesting additional documents on-site, as well as requesting additional documentation after consideration if necessary;

** Verification of the completeness, correctness, and compliance with the law of the received documentation;

** Organization, classification, and systematization of reviewed documentation in chronological order in relevant folders;

** Forwarding electronic referrals to provider clinics;

** Submission of documentation necessary for guarantee and reflection in the program;

** Communication with medical service providers if necessary;

** Registration of incoming documentation, both in case of a positive decision and in case of refusal, with an appropriate comment;

** Searching for information on state or double insurance during case regulation.

Basic requirements:

** Higher education in the medical field;

** At least 1 year of experience working in the same field;

** Knowledge of computer office programs;

Personal skills:

** Ability to work independently;

** Teamwork skills;

** Information processing and analysis skills;

** Organized and detail-oriented
