LLC "Tifoxi" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Procurement and Logistics Manager.

Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Tbilisi

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the entire process of local and international procurement; Finding the necessary products and materials, conducting market research, and selecting appropriate suppliers; Receiving commercial offers from suppliers, analyzing terms, and selecting optimal solutions; Negotiating with local and international suppliers on prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions; Finding new suppliers and establishing reliable partnership relationships; Planning procurement, managing orders, and controlling delivery deadlines; Coordinating import-related processes in the case of international procurement; Controlling procurement-related documentation and commercial terms; Optimizing procurement costs and continuously improving processes.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of work experience in procurement; Practical experience in local or international procurement; Experience in communication and negotiation with suppliers; Basic knowledge of import and international delivery processes; Experience in the construction sector or construction materials will be considered an advantage; English language proficiency at least at B2 level.
