Marketing Manager

We are announcing a vacancy for the position of Marketing Manager for the company "ELTEG".

The company has been operating on the Georgian market since 2007. It offers customers a wide range of lifts, escalators, and parking systems, including supply, installation, and subsequent technical service. Since 2012, it has been an authorized distributor of Kleemann. Currently, it is also an authorized representative of Hitachi in Georgia.

For this position, we welcome candidates with relevant experience in strategic marketing management and who stand out with strong communication, decision-making, analytical, teamwork, and process organization skills.

Conditions:

• Full-time schedule (09:00-18:00)
• Salary: fixed 3000-4000 GEL + bonus system
• Location: Tbilisi, Ketevan Tsamembul Street

Main responsibilities:

• The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, image, and sales. This includes in-depth analysis of the market and customer behavior, planning innovative campaigns, optimal distribution of the marketing budget, and complete management of digital and traditional channels.
• Developing and executing marketing strategies; structuring marketing activities; developing a marketing budget;
• Communication with brands; brand management and development; planning, management, and analysis of brand marketing activities; developing and implementing a communication strategy;
• Creative development of the brand and working with the target audience;
• Planning and managing digital marketing campaigns;
• Managing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube, etc.). Planning, setting up, selecting the right audience, managing, optimizing, processing analytics, and reporting advertising;
• Measuring the effectiveness of implemented communications, reporting;
• Forming a sales strategy together with the sales department and supporting the execution process.

Key requirements:

• Higher education in marketing or a related field;
• At least 5 years of work experience in this position;
• High-level proficiency in foreign languages;
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytical platforms, and marketing programs, as well as experience working with them.
