Sales Manager

AYA HOME SPACE, a furniture showroom, is announcing a vacancy for a Sales Manager position.

We are looking for a motivated, communicative, and result-oriented employee with experience in working with clients, conducting negotiations, and managing the sales process. The candidate should be able to attract potential buyers, identify their needs, and effectively manage the sales process - from the first contact to the completion of the deal.

Key responsibilities: - Finding potential and existing clients, communicating with them, and providing consultations; - Identifying client needs and preparing relevant offers; - Conducting negotiations and closing deals; - Managing leads and the sales process in the CRM system; - Fulfilling sales plans; - Monitoring the market and competitors; - Coordinated work with various company teams; - Building and maintaining long-term and partnership relationships with clients.

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in the sales field; - Experience in finding clients and managing sales; - Experience working in a furniture store or showroom will be considered a significant advantage; - Effective communication and negotiation skills; - High sense of responsibility, organization, and result orientation; - Experience working with CRM systems; - Proficiency in Georgian, Russian, and English languages (required).
