Customer Service Specialist

The "Domino" hypermarket announces a vacancy for the position of Customer Service Specialist in the East Point and Didi Dighomi branches.

Main responsibilities: - Receiving customers, determining their requests; - Correctly redirecting customers; - Introducing customers to the processes and conditions existing in the store; - Preparing necessary documents (order, invoice, consignment note, delivery); - Correctly planning, distributing, and controlling the work of the additional services group; - Preparing documents for the return/exchange of sold goods and managing the process; - Receiving and processing customer complaints, if any; - Performing additional tasks assigned by the manager (within the scope of competence)

Qualification requirements: - Higher education is desirable; - Knowledge of foreign languages at a communicative level; - Proficiency in office programs at a user level; - Experience working in a similar position will be considered an advantage;

Personal qualities: - Well-developed verbal communication skills; - Attention to detail; - Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously; - Communicativeness; - Ability to make quick decisions; - Ability to work in stressful situations;
