Elite Estate is expanding its team and invites motivated, communicative, and responsible candidates for the Real Estate Agent position.

The job requires activeness, organization, and readiness for development.

Address: Tbilisi, Shartava 3.

Work Schedule and Conditions:

• Working days: Monday - Sunday.
• 2 days off per week, chosen by the agent.
• Working hours: 11:00 - 19:00.
• Possibility to work longer hours in the office if desired.

Remuneration:

• The remuneration is fully based on performance.
• Average income ranges from 1,000 to 8,000 GEL.
• 80% of income depends on the agent's activeness, ability to work, and tasks completed.
• Company's main bonus - we cooperate on a 60/40% basis.

Qualification Requirements:

• Ability to negotiate.
• Knowledge of a foreign language is considered an advantage.
• Flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Communication with clients and negotiations.
• Planning and conducting apartment viewings.
• Preparing and uploading ads.
• Timely response to calls and messages.
• Data entry in the CRM system.
• Reporting.
• Application processing.
