Workplace: Tbilisi, Nutsubidze 129a Work schedule: Flexible / Hybrid, 5 working days, 2 days off

Your role in "TNET":

• Timely and correct placement and subsequent management of events on the TKT.ge website;
• Assigning prices to tickets / places with complete accuracy according to the instructions provided by partner organizations;
• Dividing and changing / switching baskets according to the quantity at the request of the organizer;
• Creating / canceling reservations, generating promo codes, sending invitations and purchase links;
• Uploading visual materials for marketing;
• Communication with organizers, finding solutions to their problems and caring about their satisfaction.

This vacancy is for you if:

• You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position (online platform management, data entry, content operation) or administrative activities.
• You have well-developed written and verbal communication skills in Georgian and English.
• You know Microsoft Office programs and have experience working with admin panels (content upload, management, editing)
• You are attentive, detail-oriented and not afraid of challenges
