Results first
We pay for results, never for sign-ups or views alone: your share comes from real payments made by the people you bring. Nothing is promised up front; what you earn depends entirely on who you bring and what they pay.
Levels: the more of your people pay, the more you earn
Your level is the number of people you brought who have paid. Each payment earns at the level you hold when it is made.

Example: if someone you bring pays 100 ₾ in their first 3 months, you earn 5 ₾ at Starter and 25 ₾ at Platinum. Bring ten such people and it is ten times that.

Getting paid
Each share waits 14 days in case a payment is refunded, then joins your balance. From 50 ₾ you can ask to cash out the whole balance; we verify your identity once, check the request by hand, and send it. A refund after a payout comes back off your next earnings.

How much can I earn?
Between 5% and 25% of every payment the people you bring make in their first 3 months, depending on your level. There is no limit on how many people you bring. We promise no amount: it depends on who you bring and what they pay.
Do I need to be approved?
For points, no: anyone can share their link for Highscores points and Gold Tickets. For cash, verifying your identity is the approval: verify it once, accept the partner terms, and payments made from then on earn.
How do I go up a level?
Your level counts the people you brought who have paid at least once. Starter from your first, Bronze from 100, Silver from 500, Gold from 1,000, and Platinum from 10,000. Each payment earns at the level you hold when it is made. People whose payments were all refunded do not count.
Do companies already on findjobs.ge count?
No. Companies whose vacancies we already show, or that we have already contacted, are ours before you bring them, so they earn no share. Bring companies that are new to findjobs.ge, and job seekers.
Can I lose a rank?
A new rank is safe for the rest of the quarter you reach it in and the whole next one. After that, you keep it by bringing new paying people each quarter: Bronze 10, Silver 50, Gold 100, Platinum 1,000. Miss a quarter and the rank moves down one step at its end, never more; bring the same number in any later quarter and it comes straight back. Starter is never lost, and what you already earned is always yours.
When can I cash out?
Each share joins your balance 14 days after the payment. From 50 ₾ you can ask for the whole balance. The first time, we ask you to verify your identity.
How am I paid?
To TBC Bank, Bank of Georgia, any Georgian bank account, PayPal, or USDT on TRON or Ethereum. A person checks every request and you get an email when it is approved and when it is sent, with the transfer reference.
Do I need a large following?
No. Contacts who hire or look for work are enough. A large following can also earn a promotion fee, decided by the traffic your link brings.
Does it cost anything?
No. You never pay anything to take part.
Can I bring my own accounts?
No. Your own accounts or cards, accounts made to collect a share, refunded payments and anything else against the partner terms never earn, and can end your participation.
Who pays the taxes?
You do: you take part as an independent partner, not an employee, and you declare and pay any tax on what you earn.
Is this a job?
It is freelance work paid by results: anyone can start, and you choose when and how much. Income is not guaranteed; it comes only from payments by the people you bring.
