Earn with findjobs.ge, and a chat worth staying in
From today, anyone on findjobs.ge can earn by bringing people to the site: Highscores points and Gold Tickets for every friend who applies, and for approved partners, 5% to 25% of what the people they bring pay. Alongside it, two changes to the chat: employers can no longer send you off to Telegram or Signal, and you can now call and video call right inside the conversation.
25percent at the top rank, Platinum
3months of payments each person earns you

0lari to start: your link is free
01Earn with your link
Sign in and your own link is waiting at findjobs.ge/earn/me, with ready messages for WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and print. Share it with anyone looking for work. A friend who joins and sends their first application earns you 20 Highscores points, their next four earn you 5 each, and your friend gets 10 too. Every three friends who apply earn you a Gold Ticket: your next application arrives first, in gold.
Cash, as an extra
Verify your identity once and accept the partner terms on your earnings page.
That is the approval: payments made from that moment earn you a share.
Every person you bring earns you a share of what they pay for Pro and other services in their first 3 months.
Each share waits 14 days in case of a refund, then joins your balance.
Cash out from 50 ₾ to TBC, Bank of Georgia, any Georgian bank, PayPal or USDT. A person checks every payout.
Five ranks, from your first paying person
Starter5% from the first never lost
Bronze10% from 100 paying keep: 10 a quarter
Silver15% from 500 paying keep: 50 a quarter
Gold20% from 1,000 paying keep: 100 a quarter
Platinum25% from 10,000 paying keep: 1,000 a quarter
A new rank is safe for the rest of its quarter and the whole next one. After that, a missed quarter costs one step, and the same number of new paying people in any later quarter wins it back.
02No more “write to me on Telegram”
Too many job scams start the same way: a friendly message asking you to continue on Telegram, where nobody can see what happens next. So Telegram and Signal are not allowed anywhere on findjobs.ge: not in listings, not in messages, for any employer, paying or not.
What happens now
A message or listing that sends people to Telegram or Signal is stopped before it reaches you, and the sender is shown the exact words we stopped.
Every attempt is recorded, and repeated attempts are reviewed by our team.
Listings we show from other sites appear without Telegram or Signal contacts.
A message that asks you to pay, or to send documents or card details, shows you a red warning with a Report button.
WhatsApp and phone calls are still fine, and so is everything below, right here.
03A chat worth staying in
Keeping the conversation here only works if here is the better place to talk. So the chat between you and an employer now does what you would otherwise leave for.
In every conversation now
Voice and video calls, right in the conversation: in the browser now, and in the apps as each one updates. Your phone rings like a normal call.
Voice messages, photos and documents, with your CV a tap away.
Notifications on your phone and in your browser, so a reply never sits unseen.
See when the other side is online and typing, and when they have read your message.
Messages translated into your language, replies, reactions, and unsend within 10 minutes.
Share your phone number with one tap when you are ready, and only then.
Everything that keeps a conversation here keeps it safe: a record if something goes wrong, reports we can act on, and no stranger's channel in between.
This chat reaches the findjobs.ge team, not the employer. We help with the site itself. To apply for this vacancy or ask the employer a question, use the buttons on the page.
The findjobs assistant answers right away, in your language. Ask for a person at any time and one of us takes over here.
