Meet the findjobs assistant

Today findjobs.ge gained an assistant. It reads plain language in Georgian, English and Russian, and it works for both sides of the board: it finds work for people, and it writes vacancies for employers. You will notice it first in the search box on the main page, which now understands sentences, not just keywords.

If you are looking for work, type what you actually want: "evening work in Batumi, from 1200". The assistant turns your words into the board's filters, shows what matches right now, and if you save the search, the site emails you the moment a new listing like that appears. There is also a full conversation at findjobs.ge/assistant: tell it what you are looking for and refine as you go, "only evenings", "what about Batumi", and it keeps up.

Two things the assistant will never do for a job seeker: it never shows a listing that does not exist, and it never promises an outcome. It searches the same board you see, and applying stays your step. When nothing matches everything you asked, it says so plainly and shows the closest instead.

The last post promised more worldwide remote sources, and that promise is kept: international remote boards now feed the section automatically, with more than forty live listings open to people working from Georgia right now, each labeled with where the employer hires. Ask the assistant for remote work and it searches them too.

If you are hiring, open Assistant in your account and describe who you need, several roles in one message if you like: "I need a barista and a weekend cashier for the cafe in Vake". It asks for what is missing, pay first, because listings that state pay collect far more applications. Then it writes the vacancy properly and shows an exact preview in Georgian, English and Russian, pixel for pixel as the board will show it. Nothing publishes until you press Post, and every listing still passes the usual review.

It will also ask, once, whether you have a company logo. Add it and your mark follows every listing under your name: on the board, on the vacancy page, in previews.

The assistant lives by house rules that do not bend: it writes only from what you actually said and invents nothing, it refuses requirements this board does not publish, such as age or gender, and it never makes a decision about a person. It drafts, you decide.

All of it is free, like everything on this site; the only thing that costs money is promoting a listing to the top. Try one sentence in the search box and see what comes back. And if the assistant gets something wrong, tell us in the support chat, a person reads every message.
