My name is Maxim and my journey in the energy sector began in 2012 as an electrician of the 4th category. I am ready to take on new projects and repairs, challenge myself, and constantly improve my skills and knowledge, so while working, I completed the Minsk State Energy College and the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. This allowed me to advance and get a promotion at one of the country's main power plants.
