I have experience communicating with customers through online platforms and social media, and I am comfortable working with computers, digital tools, and AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Grok. I have strong Russian communication skills and intermediate English (B1–B2), which I am actively improving. I am a fast learner, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions and work independently.
