Automotive Service Advisor

Peugeot Georgia is announcing a vacancy for an Automotive Service Advisor position.

Location: Peugeot Georgia, Davit Aghmashenebeli Avenue #100, Tbilisi.

Working hours: Full-time. Monday - Friday 10:00-18:00; Saturday 10:00-14:00

Main duties and responsibilities:

Greet customers who come to the showroom, adhering to brand service standards; Identify customer needs, care for them, and provide appropriate support; Register customers in the work program; Consult on recommended services, calculate the cost of work to be done, and prepare invoices; Search and sell items in the automotive parts and accessories catalog; Promote the sale of spare parts and accessories; Monitor the delivery terms of ordered parts and accessories and timely inform customers; Generate databases and work in relevant programs; Make phone calls to customers to remind them of upcoming scheduled services; Support the sale of new cars and service realization; Report to direct supervisor.

Qualification requirements:

Experience working in the automotive service sector; Interest in the automotive sector and basic knowledge of vehicle technical characteristics; Driving experience and a driving license; English and Russian language skills at a communicative level; Experience working with various computer programs (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Google Workspace - Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and basic knowledge; A genuine desire to help people; Time management skills and attention to detail; Ability to work in a team;
