Financial Manager

"Consilium Medula" is a multi-profile clinic founded in 2003. The clinic offers patients high-quality diagnostic, outpatient, surgical and oncology services. "Consilium Medula" focuses on increasing the standard of patient treatment and care, spreading professional knowledge and improving access to innovative treatment methods.

"Consilium Medula" is looking for a new team member for the position of Financial Manager.

Workplace: Tbilisi, Anna Politkovskaya St. 6g Work schedule: Full-time Remuneration: To be agreed

Responsibilities:

Analysis of income and expenses, preparation of accounting statements; Preparation of tax and financial reports in accordance with applicable legislation and IFRS standards; Participation in the inventory process and asset accounting; Cooperation with auditors and tax authorities as needed; Organization and control of financial documentation; Preparation of analytical reports; Control and management of accounts receivable and payable; Monthly calculation of employee salaries and sharing of salary statements with each employee; Verification of patients' financial status (debts, payments) according to established criteria; Preparation of necessary reports from the existing internal program; Assistance to the Financial Manager in additional analytical and administrative tasks as needed;

Requirements:

Accounting or financial education (bachelor's degree); At least 2 years of experience (preferably in the medical field); Knowledge of accounting programs (e.g. ORIS) is desirable; In-depth knowledge of Georgian tax legislation; Knowledge of IFRS standards; Experience working with banking operations and reporting; Attention to detail, high level of responsibility and organization; Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; Teamwork and effective communication skills;
