Within Liberty, part of the Basisbank Group, we have a vacancy for a Business Advisor (loan limit - 70,000 - 1,000,000 GEL) in the micro-credit direction.

Location: - Imereti region - Kutaisi, Samtredia - Shida Kartli - Samtskhe-Javakheti region - Khashuri, Akhaltsikhe - Adjara region - Batumi - Kvemo Kartli region - Rustavi, Marneuli - Kakheti region - Gurjaani, Kvareli, Sagarejo - Samegrelo - Guria region - Senaki

Key functions: - Attract potential business clients; - Offer and consult clients on banking products; - Create, grow, monitor, and quality control of the business portfolio; - Conduct social and financial analysis of the client, assess credit risks, and the client's solvency; - Process credit applications, prepare resumes, and submit to the committee; - Fulfill the established plan;

Mandatory qualification requirements: - Higher education - At least 1 year of experience in business lending.

Necessary knowledge and skills: - Effective communication skills; - Ability to provide consultations, negotiate, and persuade clients; - Teamwork skills; - Logical and analytical thinking; - Result-oriented;
