Construction Project Manager

Company "Rebuild" is a construction company, which has been actively operating since 2013.

We are looking for a new team member - a Construction Project Manager.

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Project supervision;
• Conducting negotiations with parties involved in the project;
• Project budget, time planning and management;
• Ensuring project quality;
• Planning and control of project financial, technical and human resources;
• Control of construction works planning and execution;
• Verification of plans, drawings and quantities;
• Management, monitoring and change management of engineering documents provided by the customer and architect;
• Interaction with local government bodies;
• Ensuring compliance with current legislation;
• Project risk control;
• Weekly reporting;
• Attendance at regular meetings and management of subordinate personnel (if necessary, finding the necessary staff for the project);
• Leadership and motivation of the project team.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher technical education in construction is desirable;
• Knowledge of English and Russian is desirable;
• Knowledge of construction project management principles and management experience;
• Effective time management, planning and organization skills;
• Knowledge of office programs (including MS PROJECT);
• Teamwork skills;
• High sense of responsibility;
