Information about the position: - Position title: Junior Manager of Inpatient Department; - Salary: 1000 GEL - Work schedule: Monday-Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 - Address: Tbilisi, Saburtalo, Z. Anjaparidze II lane #6

Main functions: - Opening patients' medical history with maximum accuracy in the clinic's internal program (1C program) and in paper form; - Verification of patient data on the state portal. In the case of patients using private insurance, leaving a notification to the relevant insurance company and reflecting it in the program; - Familiarization of patients with medical service contracts and control of the correctness of signed contracts; - Providing patients with necessary information after registration; - Verification of the validity of guarantee letters; - Providing patients with information about the cost of services and co-payment and ensuring payment; - Redirecting guarantee letters received during the day (according to the procedure) to the reporting manager; - Providing the accounting department with the amount received during the day, checks, and report; - Working with the cash register and controlling the amounts paid by patients; - Serving patients in accordance with the service standards defined by Service Plus; - Performing various tasks within the competence and instructions of the immediate supervisor;

Qualification requirements: - Higher education - preferably in the field of healthcare management or medicine; - Knowledge of English and Russian languages at a communicative level; - At least 6 months of experience in the same or similar position is desirable. - Interested persons, please fill out the application form
