Job Description You, as a Cashier-Operator/Pawnshop Assessor, will ensure: - High-quality, accurate, fast, and qualified customer service; - Polite, friendly, and warm attitude towards customers; - Interviewing with the client, fixing their loan request, and informing them about the bank's pawnshop procedures and tariffs; - Assessment of collateral; - Drawing up contracts and acts of appraisal of valuables; - Transfer of received valuables to storage; - Issuance of credit in the relevant software; - Full or partial repayment of the loan, returning the valuables in full or in part; - In case of overdue credits, following the procedures related to realization within the established deadlines. - Sending/ cashing fast remittances - Conversions
