Internship - Mechanical Engineer-Inspector

"Haniel Cement" has been operating in Georgia since 2006 and is a leading brand in the local cement and concrete market. The company owns cement plants in Kaspi and Rustavi, as well as a cement mill in Poti and a cement terminal in Supsa. "Haniel Cement" is the sole clinker producer in Georgia. The country's first concrete plant was launched in 2009. Currently, "Haniel Cement" operates 15 concrete plants.

"Haniel Cement" is announcing a paid internship for the position of Mechanical Engineer-Inspector at the Kaspi Cement Plant.

Work location: Kaspi, Parnavazis Street N2 Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 Number of vacant positions: 1

Main responsibilities:

Inspection of aggregates - temperature, vibration, lubrication condition, and their proper functioning, detection of damages, diagnostics; Analysis of aggregate conditions, their state, and presentation of reports; Reporting on all inspected aggregates, both by email and in the SAP system; Uploading notifications on aggregate damages to the SAP system; Participation in the implementation of short-term and long-term repair plans; Participation in determining critical stock of aggregates (spare parts); Determination of materials needed for major repairs; Familiarization with documentation of new aggregates and preparation of their preliminary technical service plan; Quality control of performed work; Adherence to labor safety rules and regulations in the company's work area.

Desirable requirements:

Higher or professional education in mechanical engineering; Desirable: completed AutoCAD training; Knowledge of using work tools; Ability to read and create drawings; Experience in this field is desirable; English language skills; Quick thinking; Teamwork; Sense of responsibility.

Candidates with relevant education and work experience may have the opportunity to be employed as a Mechanical Engineer-Inspector without the internship stage, under conditions corresponding to their experience and qualifications.
