Main functions and responsibilities:
Managing and coordinating the daily activities of 5 subordinate branches; Controlling the implementation of sales plans and KPI indicators defined for the branches; Regular analysis of sales results and development of relevant action plans for improvement; Managing, supporting, and evaluating the activities of branch managers; Implementation and control of service, merchandising, and company's unified operational standards; Making regular visits to branches and assessing the current situation; Controlling product stocks, inventory results, and losses; Monitoring the quality of customer service and feedback; Controlling the correct implementation of promotions and other commercial activities in the branches; Timely identification of problematic issues and their resolution in coordination with relevant departments; Preparation of periodic reports on branch activities for management.
