Tire Brand Manager

Job Opening – Tire Brand Manager Work Location: Mtskheta District, village of Tserovani

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

The company provides transportation from Tbilisi (Sarajishvili Metro Station)

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and result-oriented employee for the position of Tire Brand Manager, who will be responsible for the full-scale management of the tire direction, brand development, sales growth, and effective inventory management.

Key Functions and Responsibilities

• Managing, developing, and strengthening the positioning of the tire brand portfolio in the market;

• Planning and implementing sales growth-oriented strategies;

• Managing product assortment according to market demands and seasonality;

• Participating in the process of receiving imported tires, product counting, and quantitative and qualitative control together with the inventory manager;

• Constantly monitoring product inventory, balances, and seasonal demands, planning timely new imports in case of risk of inventory depletion, and informing the relevant department;

• Planning orders for import and participating in preparing orders with suppliers;

• Complete knowledge of tire technical characteristics (sizes, load and speed indexes, seasonality, purpose, etc.);

• Constant communication and coordination with regional sales managers;

• Searching for new clients, developing existing clients, and preparing commercial offers;

• Timely providing tire inventory to company branches and controlling the product redistribution process;

• Presenting products to customers, providing professional consultations, and actively participating in the sales process;

• Constant analysis of the market and competitors, monitoring competitors' prices and assortment, and preparing relevant recommendations;

• Participating in developing an effective pricing strategy and presenting recommendations to management;

• Constantly working on increasing brand awareness;

• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports on sales, branches, clients, and products;

• Providing analytical information and recommendations to management on market, sales, and inventory.

Qualification Requirements

• Desirable experience in the auto industry, tires, auto parts, or sales;

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and office programs;

• Analytical thinking and ability to work with data;

• High sense of responsibility and organization;

• Strong negotiation and communication skills;

• Ability to work in a team and make independent decisions.
