Responsibilities - Daily verification of store sales and error correction in FINA: returns, payment types (cash, card, installment), discrepancies between cash register and Z-report - Daily posting of operations and documents in FINA (commissions, overlapping of receivables and payables) - Posting of banking operations in all currencies, control of cash balances - Management of electronic invoices and bills on RS.ge, reflection of incoming information in FINA - Organization of store documentation (acts, checks, installment accounts) and assistance with accounting issues - Production of installment and receivables documentation - Participation in month-end closing: extracts, sales, returns, advances - Registration of new employees in RS.ge and FINA - Production of fuel expense reports
