Functions and Responsibilities: - Analyze risks related to card products and card operations and initiate and ensure implementation of control mechanisms if necessary; - Daily monitoring of card operations; - Develop new control mechanisms and/or improve existing ones and implement relevant changes; - Investigate and analyze recorded incidents and initiate corrective actions; - Support regulatory, statistical and analytical reporting; - Manage card complaint process; - Monitor merchant turnover and take necessary actions to minimize risks; - Ensure compliance with payment systems and National Bank of Georgia requirements; - Assess potential merchants and control mandatory requirements; - Participate in employee retraining process.
Qualification Requirements: Mandatory: - Higher education; - At least 3 years of experience in payment/card field (experience in similar position will be considered as an advantage); - High level of proficiency in office programs (MS Word, MS Excel);
Other mandatory skills and qualities: - Organizational skills; - Detail-oriented; - High sense of responsibility; - Ability to work independently and as a team.
