The company is announcing a vacancy for the position of Marketing Manager.
Main functions/responsibilities:
Development and implementation of annual and quarterly marketing plans and reporting; Determination of brand positioning and formation of communication messages; Analysis of the competitive environment and market research; Support of the sales team with presentations, catalogs, and advertising materials; Planning, organization, and implementation of events, product presentations, trainings, partnership activities, and exhibitions (stand concept, design, materials, price research, logistics), and evaluation of event results; Creation of social media content strategy (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.); Compilation of monthly/quarterly social media calendars; Finding content for post texts from the technical team and coordination of preparation; Planning of advertising campaigns and analysis of results in collaboration with the social media manager; Creation of visual concepts and video materials (banners, catalogs, brochures, presentations, image and product videos), organization of filming, and protection of the brand's visual identity; Management of the company's website and E-commerce direction, content updates, product uploads, price control, campaign planning, and improvement of user experience (UX); Coordination with international brands (HVAC and engineering materials manufacturers) on marketing activities; Management of branded communication: planning of seasonal and image campaigns, press releases, media communication, and protection of brand standards in network stores.
