The hotel network "City Hotels" in Tbilisi, (City Avenue and Tbilisi Chambers Trademark Collection By Wyndham) announces a vacancy for an Administrator position.

Remuneration: 1050 GEL (Net) + bonuses, insurance, meals

Work location: Tbilisi (Hotel "City Avenue" - address: # 140, Akamasheneblis St) and Hotel "Tbilisi Chambers Trademark Collection By Wyndham" - address: # 24, Tamar Mephis St)

Schedule: Every 4 days, 24 hours.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education (also, final-year students will be considered);

• Experience working in a similar position

• Knowledge of English;

• Good knowledge of office computer programs;

• Knowledge of hotel management software (Fidelio, Opera) is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving - accommodating and serving guests arriving at the hotel;

• Interacting and communicating with guests;

• Responding to phone calls and providing adequate information;

• Updating and organizing the hotel's internal information system;

• Settling accounts with guests.
