We are looking for an experienced and strategically-minded Marketing Manager. Your role will be to increase the company's brand awareness, provide marketing support to the retail chain of stores, and stimulate sales in the B2B wholesale/distribution and special equipment sectors.
Main responsibilities:
Planning and managing marketing strategies for retail and wholesale/distribution areas. Creating targeted campaigns for the realization of specialized equipment for the construction, production, and logistics sectors. Correct positioning of products in the distribution network and retail stores, planning promotions and discounts. Managing social media and search engine campaigns for both mass and narrow business audiences. Leading the marketing team, effective budget allocation, and cost control. Focusing on increasing the company's identity, image, and awareness in both retail and business sectors. Organizing the design and printing process of external and internal advertisements, banners, catalogs, flyers, and branded accessories for stores and showrooms. Conducting negotiations with partner printing houses, designers, and advertising companies, controlling quality and deadlines. Constant analysis of market trends, competitors, and sales results; presenting results to management.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of work experience in the marketing field (experience working in the auto industry, distribution, or retail will be considered a plus). Experience in communication with both mass audiences and business clients (corporate sector). Ability to analyze digital and sales data (Google Analytics, experience working with CRM systems). Ability to manage a team, conduct negotiations, and manage projects independently. Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language; good knowledge of English and/or Russian languages (for communication with foreign partners/suppliers).
