"West Georgia Medical Center" is one of the largest hospitals in the Vian network, offering a full range of outpatient and inpatient services for patients of all ages (neonatal, pediatric, and adult).

Work location: Kutaisi, Iv. Javakhishvili St. N83a Work schedule: Full-time, 8-hour, 5-day workweek, or 24-hour shifts every 4th day.

Key responsibilities: - Providing qualified nursing care considering the guidelines implemented in the company; - Performing hospital-developed procedures (formal and informal rules) and protocols (patient monitoring, records, etc.) within their competence; - Proper and timely performance of activities: - Timely and high-quality procedures; - Assisting the doctor during procedures; - Correct prioritization in critical moments for the patient; - Maintenance, proper use, and knowledge of materials, patient furniture, and equipment according to the department's specifics; - Infection control and prevention; - Nursing documentation; - Participation in the internal continuous nursing education scheme; - Compliance with internal regulations.

Qualification requirements: The candidate must submit one of the following documents: - A diploma of a professional college for practical nurses or a student ID; - A student ID from the third year of a medical faculty in a higher education institution; - A diploma of a professional college for midwives with 3 years of experience in a nursing position, or a retraining certificate; - Mandatory work experience.
