Lawyer

We are looking for a Lawyer in the Litigation Group at Tera Bank.

This vacancy is for you if you have:

A university degree in Law Experience working as a lawyer in court disputes

Your responsibilities will include:

Studying problematic loan files Preparing cases for litigation Forwarding auction applications to private specialists and managing the process Submitting arbitration claims in private arbitration and managing the process Filing lawsuits in court and managing court proceedings Forwarding enforcement sheets to executors and controlling the enforcement process

Working conditions:

Work schedule: full-time; 5 working days a week (3 days in the office, 2 days remotely) Fixed salary + bonus
