Selection Specialist

HR outsourcing company "One Point" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Selection Specialist.

Work conditions:

• Work model: Hybrid (3 days a week from the office, 2 days from home);
• Work schedule: Monday - Friday; 10:00-19:00;
• Workplace: Tbilisi, Vladimir Kavasadze #3 / Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue #56.

Key tasks:

• Managing the full cycle of the selection process for vacant positions in various industries;
• Clarifying job requirements with the client and defining the candidate's profile;
• Searching for candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, candidate databases, and other professional platforms;
• Developing headhunting strategies and searching for passive candidates;
• Evaluating received resumes and determining the correspondence of candidates' qualifications, experience, and competencies to job requirements;
• Initial communication with candidates, conducting interviews, and assessing their professional experience and motivation;
• Presenting candidates to clients, preparing relevant profiles, and providing recommendations;
• Monitoring the selection process, ensuring feedback to candidates, and effective coordination of the process;
• Regular communication with clients and providing information about the selection process;
• Preparing job descriptions and attractive communication materials for candidates and posting them on relevant platforms;
• Updating the candidate database and managing selection processes in the CRM system;
• Participating in improving the effectiveness of selection processes and achieving team goals.

Qualification requirements:

• At least 1 year of work experience in HR recruitment;
• Practical experience in finding, evaluating, and interviewing candidates;
• English language proficiency at least at B2 level;
• Ability to work with office programs;
• Effective verbal and written communication skills;
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple selection processes in parallel;
• Experience in selection in various industries, including middle and high-level positions is desirable;
• Experience working with candidate management systems (ATS/CRM) is desirable.
