Functions and responsibilities: Managing the daily operational activities of the branch and ensuring its smooth functioning; Effective merchandising of products and improving the visual side of the branch; Implementing planned activities for sales growth and initiating new ideas; Interacting with customers and identifying/analyzing their needs; Communicating with craftsmen/designers, conducting negotiations, and informing them about updates in the branch; Offering products presented in the branch to clients and providing consultations on technical characteristics; Ensuring the transportation of purchased or reserved products to customers within the agreed deadlines; Managing the product ordering process and monitoring relevant software operations; Implementing sales in the FINA accounting program and managing documentation; Participating in and controlling the process of closing the cash desk at the end of the day; Periodic inventory of products in the branch and comparing the existing quantity with the program balance; Performing other work-related tasks.
Qualification requirements: At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position; Knowledge of heating-cooling and plumbing products is desirable; Knowledge of the FINA accounting program will be considered an advantage; Knowledge of office programs (MS Office); Knowledge of English and Russian languages at a communicative level is desirable.
